Online Survey Scams

Have you been scammed by an online survey site? You're not the only one. For some reason, people feel that it is their best interest to pay money - when they pay money, they feel they're getting value. This might be true in some cases, but it is not the case when it comes to online surveys. If you are paying for a list of online surveys, you are being scammed - no question about it!

Survey sites that scam you have given free online surveys a bad name. There is no reason to ever pay for an online survey list - the same online survey lists are available on Survey Rover for free. Try some surveys and see if you enjoy doing them or get decent payout.

So you're probably thinking "what's in it for Survey Rover". We make a bit of money on Google ads, but not much to write home about. We are just a few of guys who love doing stuff online and have provided this list, free of charge, to our fellow human beings as a public service.

When you've decided to sit down and start doing some surveys, do keep in mind that the surveys listed are from many different sources. If one doesn't meet your expectations, perhaps the next will. We have gotten some good feedback from individuals who have taken at least one hour to fill out surveys. Generally, it's recommended to start at the top of the survey list, as that is where the better-rated surveys are kept (due to voting patterns). Work your way down the list and see what the results are like.

Please keep in mind that, as mentioned in our Frequently Asked Questions section, you should be sure to create a new email account. We're not saying that you're going to get spam - we're saying that if you hit the right survey/market research company, you could get quite a few survey offers from them and, if you're like us, you don't want that going into your personal mailbox.
